About This Job

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lawn and Landscape Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a strong understanding of lawn and landscape maintenance and care. This role involves various tasks related to maintaining and enhancing the aesthetic appeal of outdoor spaces, ensuring that landscapes are healthy, beautiful, and functional.

Duties

•

Maintain gardens by planting, watering, fertilizing, and weeding to ensure vibrant plant health.

•

Operate equipment for mowing lawns, digging, and other landscape maintenance tasks.

•

Assist with snow removal during winter months to maintain safe access to properties.

•

Build and maintain landscape features such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls.

•

Conduct general groundskeeping duties to keep outdoor areas clean and well-maintained.

•

Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.

Requirements

•

Proven experience in lawn and landscape maintenance or a related field is preferred.

•

Ability to operate lawn equipment safely and effectively.

•

Strong physical stamina for performing manual labor outdoors in various weather conditions.

•

Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to quality work.

•

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

•

A valid driver's license may be required for transportation between job sites.
