Landscaping Maintenance and Installation Laborer

Skylark Landscaping Inc. is a small landscape firm located in the Napa Valley specializing in high-end maintenance and installation for residences and wineries. Most of our work is located in the Napa Valley. We are looking to hire a highly motivated, hardworking, reliable, responsible and honest person with strong work ethic to work with us long-term for the landscape maintenance crew leader position.

Description:

The crew Leader is responsible for the efficient operation of Skylark Landscaping, Inc.'s maintenance crews. Crews work 10-hr shifts Monday through Thursday. The ideal candidate will possess and demonstrate proven gardening skills and plant and plant needs knowledge. The job includes loading and unloading equipment, daily property landscape maintenance duties, completing corresponding reports, and other duties as assigned by management. Applicant must have at least 2 years of recent landscape maintenance and/or installation experience.

Current valid driver license and clean DMV record and ability to drive a truck with a trailer preferred
