About This Job

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Landscape Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and possess the necessary skills to maintain and enhance the beauty of various landscapes. This role involves performing a variety of tasks related to groundskeeping, lawn care, and landscape maintenance, ensuring that properties are well-kept and visually appealing.

Responsibilities

•

Perform groundskeeping tasks including mowing, edging, and trimming lawns.

•

Utilize hand tools and mechanical equipment to dig, build, and maintain landscape features.

•

Install and maintain irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of plants and lawns.

•

Conduct regular tree trimming and pruning to promote healthy growth.

•

Apply fertilizers and pesticides as needed while adhering to safety guidelines.

•

Maintain cleanliness of work areas and equipment after each job.

•

Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.

•

Monitor plant health and report any issues or concerns to supervisors.

Experience

•

Previous experience in landscape maintenance or groundskeeping is preferred but not required.

•

Familiarity with mechanical tools and equipment used in landscaping tasks is advantageous.

•

Knowledge of lawn care practices, including irrigation methods, is a plus.

•

Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude.

•

Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
