LASER MACHINE OPERATOR

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Laser Machine Operator to join our production team. This role is critical to ensuring precision cuts and high-quality finishes on metal components using advanced laser equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate and monitor laser cutting machines according to job specifications

- Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders

- Set up materials and adjust machine settings for optimal performance

- Inspect finished parts for accuracy, quality, and consistency

- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor issues

- Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Qualifications:

- Experience operating laser cutting machines Lasag and Coherent preferred

- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

- Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

- Familiarity with safety protocols and production workflows

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
