Landman/Division Order Analyst

Penterra Services is in search of experienced contract Landman/Division Order Analyst local to the Oklahoma City area. Ideal candidates will have a strong title background, including Texas experience in division orders or running HBP title.

Responsibilities include:

Reviewing and analyzing DOI’s, title opinions, leases, mineral deeds, ownership reports and related contracts

Ensure correct ownership information along with pertinent lease and obligation information is timely and accurately entered into land systems and linked properly to applicable owners, wells and contracts

Candidates must be local to the Oklahoma City area as this is a Contract In-House position.
