Diversified Gas & Oil Corporation (“DGOC”) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Diversified Energy Company PLC, a US-based company listed on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) and London Stock Exchange (LSE) under the ticker symbol “DEC”. Diversified Gas & Oil Corporation (DGOC) is an established owner and operator of producing conventional and unconventional natural gas & oil wells and midstream pipelines and compression stations concentrated in the Appalachian Basin in the United States. Headquartered in Birmingham, AL, our field operations are located throughout the Appalachian Basin in the states of Tennessee, Kentucky, Virginia, West Virginia, Ohio, and Pennsylvania. In 2021, Diversified announced our expansion into our Central Regional Focus Area, which includes producing areas within Louisiana, Texas, Oklahoma, and Arkansas.
Responsibilities: Special focus will be placed on: Reading and interpreting contracts, including conveyance, lease and other oil and gas contractual documentsCreating and maintaining ownership decks for revenue and expensesReviewing title opinions, ownership documents and land contracts to determine ownership and lease burden relationships to support revenue distributions and obligation paymentsBuilding cross-references from wells to leases and other contractsCapturing pertinent data in records systemInteracting with landowners and internal stake holderResolving routine and complex ownership issuesSupporting acquisition records assimilationServing as point-of-contact for assigned projectMentoring less experienced team members Qualifications: POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s Degree in Business related field or equivalent combination or education and experience preferred Experience administering lease and division order records for oil and gas assets located in all or some of the Company’s operating areas with emphasis on Louisiana experience Knowledge of provisions in standard land contracts as well as oil and gas leases Detail oriented with strong organizational skills Ability to work independently with minimal guidance Enjoys research-intense assignments Strong written and oral communications Patient demeanor when interacting with landowners Proficient in Excel and Word Experience in Land Administration
