We are looking for Division Order Analysts of all experience levels for temp-to-hire opportunities.
Qualifications:
•Experience with Microsoft Office software
•Experience handling and organizing computer files (copying, moving, organizing in folders)
•Experience in an office environment is helpful but not required
•High School diploma or equivalent
•Proficiency with computer technology
•Ability to meet deadlines
•Ability to organize the physical flow of work documents
•Ability to verify the accuracy of numerical data
•Ability to effectively handle multiple assignments simultaneously
•Capable of high productivity in deadline-driven environment with requirement for extreme accuracy
•Good interpersonal communication skills
Essential Functions:
•Assure accurate, complete and timely handling of the following functions for selected clients and the Company. Such handling must meet the unique organizational requirements of each client/Company.
•Responsible for division order clerk/file clerk training on computer system.
•Analyzing/interpret legal ownership through examination of division order title opinions, pay lists, conveyance, and probate documents.
•Establish and maintain electronic ownership records.
•Authorize timely and accurate payment to interest owners.
•Review and interpret land leases and contracts to determine their impact on interest owners.
•Interpret marketing arrangements to determine who will be remitting to companies and to whom companies will disburse.
•Responsible for training division order clerk/file clerk in company division order procedures and land procedures as necessary.
•Responsible for gathering information from client, project managers, and revenue accounting to keep track of newly completed wells for timely processing of well setups.
•Handles DOI set up on the accounting system when numbers become available for newly completed wells and acquisitions.
•Coordinate procedures for information flow to division orders analysts from other departments.
•Coordinate with project manager and client to ascertain all division order related client needs are met.
•Communicate department needs to superior project manager(s)
•Coordinate with accounting department to make certain accounting needs are met by the division order group.
•Prepares requirement reviews and communicates with interest owners or directs clerk to handle communication to cure outstanding title requirements as necessary.
•Review accounting system suspense report to determine those owners held for title or other reasons and decide how much effort is justified to secure release or communicate with superior project manager for guidance.
•Work with field or in house landman to obtain title curative to assist in his/her leasing efforts, as necessary.
•Assist Division Order/Land Technician with questions when searching for interest owners for address unknown for increased densities.
•Flexibility to handle other special projects and step into areas unrelated to division orders as necessary.
