Rogers Group is currently seeking an individual to fill a Base and Grading Labor position in our Central Tennessee area, working in and around the greater Gallatin, Tennessee market. This individual will be responsible for completing various general labor tasks, and operating equipment, as needed, on the base and grading crews.
The successful candidate for this position will be competent and skilled at completing various general and manual labor tasks around the jobsite – both in grading, base stone, and utility work. Familiarity and experience working around various pieces of heavy equipment is preferred, but not required. The successful candidate will also have an uncompromising focus on safety excellence.
