Laborer/Operator

Day Shift ONLY, Monday through Friday with overtime in the busier months

We do not travel. We are a one location company

Must be able to pass a pre employment Urinary Analysis

Looking for someone willing to work in a shop environment

Duties include, (but not limited to); operating cold cutting machines, bandsaws, press brakes, steel shears and other fabrication equipment. Hand tools and hand held power tools will be a daily task. Some CNC equipment operation may be included production dependent. Experience not required but preferred. Employee will be trained in safety and efficiency expectations for all operations.

On the job training is provided.

Must be able to read a tape measure. this is a daily task for this position

Good math skills (decimals and fractions) and ability to read a tape measure is a must. Basic addition and subtraction is needed.

Basic understanding of measurements and measuring tools is needed. This includes measuring lengths and angles using a variety of tools.

Employee must provide their own hand tools (such as tape measure, square, hammer, wrenches, etc.)

Must be mechanically inclined.

Good attendance and strong work ethic is required

Experience with FCAW and GMAW processes preferred

Steel fabrication experience preferred

Candidate must be dependable.

Starting compensation is dependent on previous experience.

Pay: $17.50 - $19.00 per hour
