Equipment Operator and Laborer

Gilbert Development is looking to fill multiple job openings!

GDC is looking for equipment operators and laborers.

- We are looking for people who are willing to come to work daily, be on time, work hard, and learn different skills every day that will help them succeed in their position. The ideal candidates will be capable of working with minimal oversight but willing to follow directions closely. Additionally, he or she should be familiar with construction industry safety standards and procedures to ensure project security. Pay will be determined depending on experience and position you are hired for.

- We are willing to train those who are interested in the construction field.

- We are looking for blade operators, loader, excavator, haul trucks, and laborers.

If you possess these skills and are looking for full-time, long-term employment, please consider applying. Pay will be based on experience. Experience in the dirt work/construction industry is a plus, but not necessary.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
