Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer/Helper to join our team. This position involves assisting skilled tradespeople and performing various manual tasks to support operations. The ideal candidate will be reliable, physically fit, and willing to learn on the job while contributing to a safe and efficient work environment.
Duties
•
Assist in the preparation and cleanup of job sites.
•
Carry out tasks as directed by supervisors or skilled tradespeople.
•
Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment.
•
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
•
Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times.
•
Operate basic hand tools and power tools as required.
•
Support team members in completing projects efficiently.
Requirements
•
Previous experience in a labor or helper role is preferred but not required.
•
Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
•
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices.
•
Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
•
Willingness to learn new skills and take on various responsibilities.
•
Reliable transportation to job sites is preferred.
