We are looking for a talented and motivated Junior Graphic Designer to join our creative team. As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will work closely with the Creative Director and senior sales and marketing team members to bring creative concepts to life. This entry-level position is ideal for someone who is eager to grow their skills, contribute to a variety of design projects, and support the team with fresh ideas and solutions. - Assist the Creative Director with creating visual assets for various projects, including digital, print, and branding materials.
- Collaborate with the Creative Director on design concepts, layouts, and overall project execution.
- Help with the production and preparation of design files for print and digital use, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Maintain organized design files and project documentation to streamline workflow.
- Support in creating presentations and visual concepts for internal and client-facing materials.
- Contribute fresh ideas and solutions to design challenges and support problem-solving efforts.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and software to continuously improve your skills.
- Assist in revisions and updates to designs based on feedback from the Creative Director and clients.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide creative input on ongoing projects.
- A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality design work.
- Basic understanding of design principles such as typography, color theory, and layout.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset, with the ability to take direction and provide input.
- A portfolio showcasing your design work (personal projects are welcome).
- Experience in an internship or junior design role.
- Familiarity with web design or basic UI/UX principles is a plus.
- Experience with motion design, video editing, or other creative software is a bonus.
