Responsibilities

- Assist in diagnosing and repairing equipment issues, including mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.

- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to perform repairs and maintenance tasks.

- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on machinery.

- Interpret schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot problems accurately.

- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally.

- Collaborate with senior technicians on complex repairs and projects.

- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring safety protocols are followed.

- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills.

Qualifications

- Basic mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using hand tools and power tools.

- Familiarity with welding techniques is preferred.

- Electrical experience is a plus, particularly in troubleshooting electrical systems.

- Previous mechanic experience or automotive repair knowledge is advantageous.

- Ability to lift heavy objects safely as required by the job demands.

- Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on communication and teamwork.
