Hourly Wage or Salary: $54.15-$57.00

Hours worked beyond the normal schedule will be paid at 1.75 times the regular rate. Trico has a partnership with the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) 1116. This partnership aims to ensure fair wages and working conditions for all involved.

As a Journeyman Substation Technician, you’ll be the go-to expert at keeping our substations running safely and efficiently. From inspecting transformers to troubleshooting SCADA systems, you’ll ensure power flows smoothly to the communities we serve. You’ll work with a team that values safety, innovation, and precision.
