Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Journeyman Electrician to join our team. This position will report directly to the General Manager of our San Antonio Division. The Journeyman Electrician will play a crucial role in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, including standby generators and EV charging stations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment, including standby generators and EV charging stations.

- Ensure all electrical work complies with local and national electrical codes and standards.

- Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues, providing effective solutions.

- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget.

- Provide excellent customer service, addressing client needs and concerns promptly.

- Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.

- Keep accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each project.

Qualifications:

- Valid Journeyman Electrician license in the state of Texas.

- Minimum of 6 years of experience as an Electrician.

- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair.

- Experience with standby generators and EV charging stations is highly desirable.

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and electrical schematics.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Work Schedule:

- Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

- Occasional overtime and weekend work may be required based on project needs.

- Occasional travel may be required based on project needs.
