About us

Coastal Energy's electrical division is looking for licensed Electricians. Coastal Energy is a family owned and operated company providing HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical services and fuel delivery. We currently have three office locations in Northeast Harbor, Ellsworth and Bucksport Maine servicing all of Hancock and Waldo counties and parts of Penobscot, Washington and Knox county. We focus on residential service, replacement and new construction.

We are looking for licensed electricians to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in electrical installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems. We are looking for someone who has a positive attitude, good work ethic and excels in a team environment whether its installing generators, service or new construction.

Responsibilities:

- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems.

- Install and maintain electrical wiring, fixtures, and equipment.

- Read blueprints and diagrams to determine the layout of electrical systems.

- Inspect electrical systems to ensure compliance with safety regulations.

- Test and inspect electrical systems for continuity, current, voltage, and resistance.

- Repair or replace faulty wiring, switches, and other components.

- Calculate load requirements for electrical systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week

Experience:

- Electrical: 3 years (Preferred)

Work Location: On the road
