Job Coach

Job Description: Tesh is seeking an individual to support people with various disabilities in community employment settings learn and maintain employment. The Job Coach works both with the employer and the new employee, teaching the employee how to do the job and ensuring that employer standards are met. We are currently seeking full and part-time Job Coaches to provide on-the-job coaching and support to people with disabilities. Whether you are looking for career development or simply have a desire to earn extra income doing meaningful work, we encourage you to join us in this worthwhile mission.

About Tesh: We are a nationally accredited private, not-for-profit organization dedicated to providing child development, independent living, and employment choices and training to people of all ages with disabilities seeking greater independence, self-sufficiency, and participation in our community. We have served over 20,000 children and adults with disabilities since 1976.
