Jet Pump Mechanic

Job Responsibilities

- Diagnose and repair jet pump systems and components

- Perform teardown, inspection, and rebuild of jet pumps

- Assemble and test jet pump equipment before field deployment

- Maintain accurate service records and equipment reports

- Inspect components for wear, corrosion, and operational failure

- Coordinate with field personnel for installation and troubleshooting support

- Ensure all repairs and maintenance follow safety and quality standards

- Maintain a clean and organized work area, tools, and equipment

Prior experience working with jet pumps, artificial lift systems, or pump mechanics required

- Oilfield maintenance or mechanical service background preferred

- Ability to read technical manuals and interpret equipment schematics

- Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills and use of hand/power tools

- Understanding of oilfield safety protocols and procedures

- Must be able to work independently and as part of a field support team

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required

- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or vocational training a plus

Crosby Energy Services is seeking a skilled Jet Pump Mechanic to support oilfield production operations in the Dilley, Texas region. The Jet Pump Mechanic will be responsible for the inspection, maintenance, teardown, rebuild, and installation of jet pumps and related artificial lift equipment. This role requires strong mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting ability, and familiarity with oilfield pumping systems.
