IT Systems Support 3

This position is based full-time in our Houston, TX office located in the Galleria Office Tower 1 at 2700 Post Oak Blvd.

POSITION SUMMARY: Reporting to the Helpdesk Supervisor, the IT Systems Support – level 3 position works collaboratively with all departments throughout the organization to ensure the smooth operation of IT related equipment and software. This position is expected to follow through on support requests, changes, and projects as necessary to ensure customer support standards are met or exceeded.

Pay and Benefits:

The target pay range for this position is $38.71 - $46.72 hourly.The full pay range is $34.71 - $54.29 hourly.
