Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable IT Support professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, and software. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure and delivering exceptional service to our users.
Duties
•Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues across various operating systems including Windows Server, Microsoft Office applications, basic Ethernet and IP networking, VOIP phone system, Server Virtualization, VPN and Firewalls.
•Troubleshoot and resolve software issues, ensuring minimal disruption to users.
•Assist in the maintenance and management of IT infrastructure, including LAN setups.
•Utilize ServiceNow for ticketing and tracking support requests efficiently.
•Collaborate with team members to identify recurring issues and implement long-term solutions.
•Document processes, procedures, and resolutions to enhance the knowledge base for future reference.
•Conduct regular system checks to ensure optimal performance of IT resources.
Qualifications
•Proven experience in technical support or a related field.
•Proficiency in troubleshooting various operating systems including Windows Server, Microsoft Office, basic Ethernet and IP networking, VOIP phone systems, VPN and Firewalls.
•Familiarity with IT infrastructure components and software troubleshooting techniques.
•Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
•Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively assist users at all levels.
•Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
