We’re Hiring: Project Manager – Design It. Drive It. Deliver It.

Location: Norristown, PA (Field-Based Role) | Base Salary: $95,000–$110,000/year (Base) | Full-Time

Position Summary:

This isn’t a clipboard role. As a Project Manager, you’ll own the full lifecycle of commercial kitchen ventilation projects — from design to delivery. You’ll be responsible for creating systems that maximize performance while meeting all applicable codes, coordinating fabrication, and installation with other trades, and managing both internal teams and subcontractors. You’re the one who ensures that every project is completed on time, within scope, and up to our exacting standards.

What You’ll Do:* Design commercial kitchen ventilation systems that optimize performance and comply with relevant codes

What You’ll Bring:* Proven experience in project management within the commercial HVAC or mechanical contracting industry

Compensation & Benefits:* Base Salary: $95,000–$110,000/year, depending on experience

Work Environment:

This role requires regular visits to job sites, including rooftops, basements, and other challenging environments. You’ll need to be comfortable working in varying weather conditions and capable of lifting 50+ lbs as needed.
