IT/OT Field Installation Lead (Contract)

Reporting to the Technology Manager - Copper Growth, the IT/OT Field Installation Lead represents Teck Digital Systems (TDS) and will be the main point of contact for the deployment of Information Technology (IT) and Operational Technology for Highland Valley Copper (HVC) Mine Life Extension (MLE) project, part of TDS Copper Growth program. This motivated individual is responsible for on-site field work supervision and technical leadership to optimally deliver, install, commission, and transition to operations, the infrastructure and systems required to support the HVC MLE project.

Teck’s Copper Growth program is a multi-year strategy to provide our world with the critical copper to support energy transition. Teck has potential to develop 10 new mining operations in the next decade! The TDS Copper Growth Program has the goal to deliver and deploy technologies for these operations in an efficient, consistent, and scalable way.
