Position Summary
We are seeking a cross-functional IT and Applications Manager to lead the strategic planning, implementation, and management of our enterprise-wide technology ecosystem. This role requires a dynamic leader with a strong foundation in enterprise applications, ERP systems, integrations, and analytics—paired with the ability to inspire, align, and empower teams across the organization.
The IT Manager will be responsible for shaping technology strategy, ensuring operational excellence, driving innovation, and maintaining a secure, scalable, and forward-looking technology environment that aligns with organizational goals.
- Define and execute the overall IT vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Serve as executive sponsor for enterprise application strategy, ERP lifecycle management, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Partner with senior leadership to identify emerging technologies that drive efficiency, innovation, and competitive advantage.
- Oversee ERP and core business systems (finance, project management, HR, construction management, etc.), ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and alignment with operational needs.
- Direct the design, integration, and maintenance of cloud and on-premise applications, middleware, and APIs to ensure seamless workflows and robust data integrity.
- Lead enterprise reporting, analytics, and visualization initiatives (Power BI, Tableau, SQL, etc.) to deliver actionable insights across the business.
- Govern IT projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Establish best practices for change management, release management, and ITIL service delivery.
- Champion continuous improvement, leveraging agile methodologies where appropriate.
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity best practices, data privacy regulations, and industry standards.
- Oversee disaster recovery planning, business continuity strategies, and IT governance.
- Build and manage strategic vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, software licensing, and service-level agreements.
- Develop and manage IT budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising innovation or quality.
- Lead and mentor IT teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and growth.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Systems, or related field.
- 10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, including ERP management, enterprise applications, and IT operations.- Proven track record in both cloud and on-premise environments with integration expertise (REST/SOAP APIs).
- Strong background in reporting, analytics, and data visualization.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and enterprise-scale technology projects.
- Knowledge of ITIL practices, cybersecurity frameworks, and governance models.
- Experience in construction, architecture, or manufacturing industries.
- Master’s degree in IT Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.
