Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled IT Cloud & Hosting Administrator to design, build, and maintain operating system images and application packages for enterprise desktops, laptops, and virtual endpoints. This role ensures consistent, secure, and automated deployment processes across the organization using modern device management platforms like Microsoft Intune, MECM (SCCM), and Autopilot.

Responsibilities:

+ Customize and optimize images with drivers, policies, and pre-installed applications as per organizational standards. + Support zero-touch and user-driven provisioning using Intune, Autopilot, and MDT. + Repackage legacy software and standardize application installation processes across device types and departments. + Troubleshoot application deployment failures and compatibility issues. + Collaborate on CI/CD pipeline integrations for software delivery and update management. + Integrate packaging processes with ITSM workflows and automation platforms. + Perform UAT with business users and document all packaging and imaging activities. + Maintain version control and change tracking for packages and images. + Support new hardware integration (driver packs, BIOS updates, TPM/UEFI configuration) into standard image processes
