What You’ll Own

- Be the Business Advocate: Translate complex needs into clear, actionable user stories that drive product success.

- Fuel Agile Success: Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure sprint goals are aligned and achievable.

- Champion Quality: Guide QA efforts and validate that solutions meet business expectations.

- Deliver Insights: Use data to uncover risks, recommend improvements, and support smart decision-making.

- Lead with Influence: Present findings to senior stakeholders with clarity and confidence.

- Thrive in Motion: Juggle multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.

What You Bring

- 4+ years as a Business Analyst in Agile/Scrum environments.

- Strong grasp of business systems, process improvement, and digital product development.

- Excellent communicator and collaborator.

- SQL proficiency and comfort working with technical teams.

- Ability to prioritize and adapt in a dynamic setting.

Bonus Points If You Have

- Experience with Jira, Confluence, or other Agile tools.

- Technical fluency and ease working with developers/testers.

- Leadership or mentoring experience.

- Exposure to enterprise systems and digital transformation projects.
