Reports To: Inventory Lead

Job Summary: Bingham & Taylor is seeking a skilled Inventory Technician to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing physical inventory in the shipping yard and warehouse. This position involves tracking incoming and outgoing materials, conducting inventory counts, and ensuring the accurate storage and organization of products to support production and delivery operations. All duties will be performed within safety, quality, and production standards. Fluency in English is required for this position, as effective communication is essential for successful job performance.

Key Responsibilities:

· Perform daily physical inventory counts to ensure accurate stock levels.

· Ensure compliance with safety protocols within the company.

· Assist in receiving shipments, verifying accuracy, and organizing materials in the warehouse and shipping yard.

· Track and document inventory movement using the inventory management system.

· Prepare and stage materials for production and shipping based on order requirements.

· Ensure products are stored in designated locations and maintain an organized work environment.

· Identify and report inventory discrepancies to supervisors for resolution.

· Collaborate with warehouse and production teams to address immediate inventory needs.

· Follow company safety standards and protocols in the shipping yard and warehouse.

Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent.

· Experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or a related field (preferred).

· Basic knowledge of inventory management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

· Ability to lift and move materials as needed (up to 50 lbs).

· Comfortable working in outdoor environments, including the shipping yard.

· Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification (preferred).

· Strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.

Physical Requirements: This position may require frequent bending, lifting, and moving objects weighing up to 50 pounds. Employees should be able to perform this duty with or without reasonable accommodations.
