The Field Services – Reliability department is a specialized team within the organization focused on enhancing the availability and uptime of equipment (fixed and rotating). We work collaboratively with the operations team to prevent unplanned downtime, minimize customer interruptions and improve overall competitive advantage.
- Develop/ execute/learn technology driven maintenance initiatives (condition-based alarms using Seeq/PI/etc.)
- Basic rotating equipment troubleshooting
- Create and enhance IotaView/PI dashboards
- Document control around new reliability procedures
- To apply academic knowledge for real-world engineering challenges on various rotating equipment including engine, compressor, motor, turbine and pumps
- To apply engineering principles to identify and address equipment reliability issues
- To expand technical writing capability by developing clear and concise documentation for reliability procedures
Student actively enrolled in an approved Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering degree program with expected graduation date of December 2025 through December 2028

Our internships are temporary full-time positions, in-person/remote hybrid at our Lakewood, CO office. We will host our Summer 2026 interns from May-August for 10 weeks.
- Pay Range $23.22-$31.01 USD hourly
- You may be eligible for a stipend to subsidize housing costs
