agencies and consumers across North America. Key Responsibilities *
Design and implement sales forecasting, planning and budgeting
processes. * Provide insight to larger team on trends and errors and
provide innovative business solutions. * Review various processes
including sales compensation planning, sales new hire onboarding &
training, and our North America Sales Forecasting process. * Research
and analyze current processes and present formal recommendations for
improvements. Competencies and skills * Rising Sophomore/Junior
pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development
or related field of study. Strong project management skills.
Intellectual curiosity with a strong desire to learn and grow. * Handle
multiple activities simultaneously and ensure accurate and timely
completion of tasks. * Proficient user of Microsoft Office Tools: Excel
