Role Overview

Construction Resources is seeking a Marketing Intern to support our marketing activities and programs. This role is essential in executing marketing initiatives, coordinating events, managing assets, and providing overall marketing support to various teams across the organization. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and capable of working cross-functionally to ensure successful marketing execution.

Key Responsibilities

Event Coordination: Assist in planning, organizing, and executing events to support marketing and sales efforts.

Administrative Support: Handle various administrative tasks related to marketing programs and initiatives.

Ad Insertion Coordination: Manage advertising placements and ensure deadlines are met.

Marketing Assets Management: Organize and maintain marketing collateral, images, and other brand materials.

Email Marketing & Website Updates: Support email campaigns, content creation, and website updates as needed.

Company Store & Giveaways: Assist in managing branded merchandise and promotional giveaways to support the sales and showroom teams.

Social Media & Customer Engagement: Comfortable posting on social media and interacting with our customers via digital channels.

Marketing Program Support: Help manage and support various marketing initiatives, including our Google Review program.

Showroom Support: Work closely with showroom teams to ensure marketing initiatives are effectively implemented across locations.

Tracking & Analytics: Monitor showroom visits, track marketing analytics, and assist with budget tracking to measure the success of marketing efforts.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with HR, IT, Showrooms, and other departments to support company-wide marketing initiatives.

Market Support & Travel: Travel to various locations around Atlanta to provide hands-on marketing

support.

Qualifications

Strong organizational and project management skills.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing tools like email marketing platforms like Hubspot, content management systems, and design software like Adobe (preferred).

Comfortable creating engaging digital content, including short-form videos for platforms like TikTok and Instagram Reels.

Willingness to travel to different company locations around Atlanta.

Onsite – In order to fulfill responsibilities of the Marketing Intern position, this job is required to work in a specific Construction Resources manufacturing, production, or office environment. Additional details will be provided during the interview process.
