Job Summary

Hawk Technical Services, a fast-growing company specializing in the provision of technical staffing and QA/QC services to the oil and gas industry has an immediate opening for an experienced inspection coordinator.

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for managing inspection assignments and managing company’s Supplier Quality for Hawk clients including local/non-local, domestic/foreign, and vendor shops/process plants/construction sites.

2. Responsible for supporting Company’s Supplier Quality (SQ) operations by providing technical oversight in some or all of the following areas:

3. Client interface to develop inspection scope;

4. Interfacing with field-based Inspectors;

5. Technical report review;

6. Project coordination;

7. Commercial tasks including budget monitoring, time and expense approvals, invoice review and approval, etc.;

8. ITP development and assignment instructions;

9. Vetting potential new Inspectors, Expeditors, Auditors;

10. Conducting competency assessments;

Preferred Qualifications

3+ years of proven inspection coordination experience across a wide range of equipment types and commodities. excellent communication and interpersonal skills
