We’re seeking a Technical Specialist with a background in electrical systems (licensed electrician or electrical engineer strongly preferred) to serve as a critical support resource for our installer network. This role blends technical know-how with installer-facing communication to ensure smooth installations, resolve issues, and deliver a best-in-class commissioning experience. You’ll provide a mix of remote and in-person support, including installer training, over-the-phone troubleshooting, and live commissioning assistance.

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Provide phone and remote support to installers during system installation, setup, and troubleshooting
- Support system commissioning (remotely and/or on-site) for new installations
- Lead installer training sessions, both in-person at our factory and virtually over Zoom or Teams
- Monitor our Remote Monitoring System (RMS) and follow up with installers on faults, alarms, or performance issues
- Help document common support scenarios and contribute to our Installer Knowledge Base and Training Manual
- Track tickets, service issues, and commissioning logs in our ERP system (Odoo)
- Coordinate with internal teams (R&D, Operations, Sales) to share installer feedback and improve future deployments
- Licensed electrician, electrical engineer, or equivalent field experience in solar, battery storage, or power systems
- Strong understanding of AC/DC wiring, inverters, battery systems, and related components
- Confident communicator, able to lead small group trainings and walk-throughs
- Tech-savvy: comfortable with system dashboards, ERP tools, and mobile devices
- Self-motivated, reliable, and solution-oriented
- Experience commissioning residential energy storage systems (ESS)
- Familiarity with Odoo ERP
- Comfortable creating or editing basic support documentation
- Experience training or mentoring junior installers or technicians
- Spanish or other language proficiency is a plus
- Work involves talking, hearing, keying, and writing.
- The physical requirements of this position are described as sedentary work. Sedentary work involves exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects,
