Installation Technician

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Installation Technician to join our team. This will begin as a part time position, with the potential to move to full time. As an Installation Technician, you will be responsible for installing our manufactured goods. This position is a customer-facing position. Top-notch customer service is a must! The technician will be responsible for delivering and installing products, meeting with customers at the completion of the installation to review products and answer questions, and gathering necessary measurements when applicable. Working days are flexible, and will be between 20-30hrs per week.

Duties:

- Installing products

- Provide training to customers on how to use and maintain installed products

- Collaborate with team members to complete installations within designated timeframes

- Maintain accurate documentation of installations

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Clean driving record required

- Strong communication skills
