Installation Manager Trainee

Installation Manager Trainee desired for commercial kitchen equipment installations, including refrigeration for Walk-in Cooler/Freezers. Project locations are both local and out of state, but most projects are out of town & even out of state. Most projects require weekly travel, being home most weekends, except on far away projects, where you may be required to stay two weeks at a time (not typically common or frequent). Must have a valid driver's license with good driving record and must be able to pass background checks for military & correctional projects. Minimum requirements include excellent emotional control, effective communication with customers, handy with a variety of tools, and strong mechanical abilities. Must be self-motivated to stay busy, hard-working, honest, loyal, and possess excellent customer service skills. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, installation of walk-in cooler/freezers, refrigeration systems, commercial kitchen equipment, hanging exhaust hoods, caulking, startups, owner training, etc. Refrigeration knowledge & experience is preferred, along with being mechanically inclined & taking initiative, but all other installation knowledge can be learned. Starting Trainee salary will be 40-60k, determined by experience level and work history, with much room for advancement after becoming a fully-trained Installation Manager capable of performing all tasks with excellence.
