Service and Installation Technician – Casco Industries

Employee will assist and manage jobsite visits with Casco customers. Tasks will include, but not be limited to, product installation, product repairs, jobsite reviews and reports, service calls, and product inspections. Product service/installation is done in a manufacturing manner which is above and beyond a standard handyman service. Attention to detail is key and always expected. After completion of service/installation, employee will need to communicate with the office about the work performed and any outstanding work required.
Building material & construction knowledge, customer service & people skills, basic math and measuring skills, organization, multitasking, critical thinking, problem solving, time management, resource management
Microsoft Office knowledge, general Windows 7 and keyboarding knowledge
