Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced construction Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing roofing, windows, and siding projects from initiation to completion. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and deliverables are met on time and within budget.

Duties:

- Develop and execute project plans, including scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation.

- Coordinate and facilitate project meetings, ensuring effective communication among team members.

- Order materials through our suppliers to be delivered to our warehouse or homeowners address.

- Utilize project management software to track progress, identify risks, and manage project documentation.

- Collaborate with installation department and client to schedule assessments and installation dates.

- Complete on-site post-job completion certificates to be signed by homeowner.
