Dreamstyle Remodeling is expanding and seeking a Bath Installation Manager to join our high-performing team. Focus on leadership, quality, and execution while we handle the rest.

About the Role:

As a Bath Installation Manager, you’ll oversee the complete installation process for bathroom remodeling projects in your region. From scheduling and quality control to customer satisfaction and contractor management, you’ll be the key driver behind a smooth, on-time, and high-quality installation experience.

What You’ll Do:

•

Manage project timelines, ensuring jobs move efficiently from measurement to completion

•

Supervise, train, and support installation employees and independent contractors

•

Review contracts, permits, HOA requirements, and ensure all compliance standards are met

•

Lead regular reviews of job backlogs and take action to resolve delays

•

Monitor project quality through site audits and customer feedback

•

Handle escalated customer concerns and ensure a 5-star service experience

•

Oversee materials, warehouse operations, and daily job staging

•

Maintain accurate documentation and payroll for installation teams

•

Coordinate closely with sales, customer service, and admin teams to keep projects on track

•

Recruit and retain top-quality installers and subcontractors

What You Bring:

•

3+ years of experience as a project coordinator, superintendent, or assistant project manager

•

Hands-on experience in bathroom remodeling, woodworking, and/or cabinet refacing

•

Strong ability to visualize and plan remodel designs from existing layouts

•

Proficiency in reading and creating hand-drawn layouts and blueprints

•

Skills in light carpentry, trim work, staining, painting, caulking, and snap-and-lock flooring

•

Strong communication and leadership skills

•

A commitment to excellence, team development, and customer satisfaction
