Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Inspector to join our quality assurance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that products meet the required standards of quality and compliance with industry regulations. This role is crucial in maintaining the integrity of our production processes and ensuring customer satisfaction through high-quality outputs.
Duties
•
Conduct thorough inspections of products at various stages of production to ensure compliance with quality standards.
•
Utilize precision measuring instruments and coordinate measuring machines to assess product specifications accurately.
•
Analyze inspection data and maintain detailed records of findings to support quality management systems.
•
Ensure compliance with Automotive TS16949 standards.
•
Participate in quality audits and assist in the development of corrective action plans as necessary.
•
Collaborate with production teams to identify areas for improvement in quality systems and processes.
Skills
•
Familiarity with ISO9001 standards and their application in manufacturing environments.
•
Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments and coordinate measuring machines for product evaluation.
•
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
•
Knowledge of QA/QC processes.
•
Strong attention to detail, ensuring that all inspections are thorough and accurate.
•
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for reporting findings and collaborating with team members.
