Looking for someone with experience in commercial, industrial or technical sales with good customer service and computer skills who can get up to speed quickly.
Primary responsibilities are:
•Answering phones, responding to emails and providing superior customer service.
•Processing customer orders from a variety of sources (phone, fax, email, web site, etc).
•Helping our customers find and purchase the right products.
•Researching and providing technical information to customers.
•Quoting special purchased or manufactured items.
Skills we are looking for include:
•Good verbal and written communication and customer service skills.
•Computer proficiency with good speed and accuracy.
•Familiarity with quoting, purchase orders, shipping methods and general order process flow.
•Familiarity with computerized CRM system and/or ERP system is also a big plus.
•Aptitude to learn technical product information and desire to take on responsibility.
Education & Experience:
•1-2 years college preferred.
•Work experience in a commercial, industrial or manufacturing office environment.
