Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative

The ideal candidate will thrive and succeed as the vital connection between clients, manufacturers, and outside sales staff, while contributing as an integral part of our business. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the sales process, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Duties:

Gain a thorough understanding of our product line in order to effectively act as a liaison between customers, outside sales representatives, and the Company.

Analyze customer accounts and identify opportunities to make improvements that positively impact the customer experience. Make product and/or service recommendations to customers based on these analyses.

Manage the daily functionality of the customer support department, ensure quality of daily service and performance objectives.

Promote products and services to existing customers and generate sales.

Assist with the placement of orders. Provide support to the Outside Sales team.

Represent the business to clients and visitors through professional phone and face-to-face interaction. Engage with customers to ensure satisfaction, clarify information, and work to provide solutions to issues.

Skills:

- Proven experience in inside sales or a related field

- Experience in technology sales or a related field

- Excellent customer service skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Strong communication and negotiation skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Familiarity with sales software and technology
