At Symplify Roofing, we’re growing quickly and looking for someone who can take the reins on lead intake, CRM updates, appointment scheduling, and follow-up. This is an in-office role that sits at the center of our sales engine.

What You'll Do Daily

This role is all about owning the front end of the sales funnel. You’ll make sure every lead is followed up with, scheduled properly, and moving through the system without delays.

You’ll:

You’ll report to our sales manager, who will also train and support you. This is a highly collaborative role that directly impacts revenue.

Tech savvy and confident using CRMs—HubSpot experience is a big plus*

What Success Looks Like

Compensation

This is a base salary + commission role. Earnings depend on your experience and performance.
