ERTH is looking for a dynamic individual with proven experience to join our information technology team as an Information Systems Specialist/Systems Administrator. Reporting to the Information Technology Manager, this position is focused in systems administration and is responsible for system and network operations, while also supporting, developing, testing and implementing various programs and IT systems. The Information Systems Specialist/Systems Administrator is an in-person position, working at the Ingersoll office.

Information Systems Specialist/Network Administrator position responsibilities, but not limited to:

· Providing IT project support for both internal staff and external client stakeholders, providing corrective action, root cause analysis and implementation of improvements

· Engaging and participating in the efficient design, provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of enterprise systems hardware/software and associated infrastructure

· Install, configure and manage: hyper converged infrastructure solutions, next generation firewalls, intrusion detection and prevention systems, VPNs, web and email filtering, email, anti-virus systems, network access controls, security information and event management tools, storage area networks, network attached storage, data backup & recovery tools, load balancers and virtualization

· Evaluate new and evolving technologies while analyzing business needs to propose solutions

· Implement and use business management software, documentation reporting solutions, and project management tools

· Planning, organizing and executing projects and support initiatives

Information Systems Specialist/Network Administrator desired qualifications:

· Post-Secondary School Graduation bachelor’s degree or diploma in the Information Technology field

· Experience as an Information Technology Systems Administrator (IT Administrator) or Network Administrator

· Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server and Active Directory

· Proven experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft 365, Azure

· Experience with virtualization technologies such as Nutanix or Scale is preferred

· Strong knowledge of Infrastructure planning and development along with technical knowledge of hardware, protocols and standards

· Process improvement and system integration experience with new technologies

· Strong analytical, problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills

· Strong attention to detail with a focus on Quality Assurance and Incident Management

· Experience managing hardware/software lifecycle and assigned projects
