Industrial Saw Operator / Foundry Associates

Morris Bean & Company an aluminum foundry in Yellow Springs, Ohio. Molding methods include Antioch plaster, Air-set sand, and cold-box sand in combination with permanent and semi-permanent molds. We have proudly served industry in air and gas separation, commercial refrigeration, diesel locomotives, medical equipment, pump components, and energy and military applications.

We have immediate full-time openings on 1st shift for:

- Industrial Saw Operator

- Material Handler/Service Clerk

- Production Associates

Prior experience is preferred, but not required.

We offer competitive salary and benefits, wage increases at 6 months, 1 year, and then annually thereafter, eligible for benefits (medical, dental, 401k, life, disability) and Union seniority at 60 days.
