Responsibilities
•Install, maintain, and repair industrial machinery, work tools and equipment.
•CNC Lasers: Fiber optic and CO2 and Whitney punch
•Press Brake, turn rolls, angle punch and angle roll, beam line.
•Welding machines, forklifts, man lifts, Air compressors
•Powder coating line, conveyors, blaster, wash station, preheat/cure ovens, and paint booths.
•Identify and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and PLC issues.
•Providing technical support and plant leadership for equipment troubleshooting and equipment modifications
•Understanding, initiating, and participating in Root Cause Analysis
•Performing both uptime and down time preventative maintenance
•CHALLENGING yourself to get the JOB DONE RIGHT
Qualifications
•Ability and willingness to work overtime, any shift, including days, nights, and weekends
•Ability to operate within a safety culture
•Minimum of a high school education or GED
•Minimum 2 years of industrial maintenance or related industry experience
•Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
•Must be able to perform physical tasks for extended periods of time including standing, walking, climbing, bending, pushing, pulling and twisting over surfaces
•Ability to climb and/or work at heights while utilizing stairs, ladders, personnel lifts, or platforms
•Ability to wear protective clothing and equipment such as safety shoes, face masks, safety glasses, hearing protection, a hard hat, and gloves when required
•Ability to work in hot, cold, noisy, dusty, wet environmental working conditions
•Willing to work around industrial high-speed moving machinery
