📍 Location: South Bend, IN

💰 Pay: $26–$30/hour

🕐 Shift: 1st Shift | 🏭 On-site

What You’ll Do:

✅ Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and technical issues on machinery and equipment

✅ Perform and track preventive maintenance routines

✅ Maintain facility integrity through minor building repairs

✅ Supervise contractors for specialized mechanical/electrical work

✅ Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation

✅ Promote and comply with safety and Lean initiatives

What You Bring:

🔩 3–5 years of industrial maintenance experience (CNC Waterjet, Haas Routers, Contour Saws and various other machines used to cut metal)

🎓 Certificate or degree in a technical field

📘 Ability to read blueprints and shop drawings

🤝 Strong communication and team skills

⚙️ Safety-first mindset and mechanical aptitude

This is an active, hands-on role working directly on the warehouse floor with heavy machinery.
