What You'll Do
•Embrace CONSOL Energy's cornerstone values: Safety, Compliance, and Continuous Improvement
•Skillfully operate diverse machinery, including forklifts, manual shift trucks, and crane trucks
•Comfortably tackle various environments, from confined spaces to challenging weather conditions
•Follow the Safe Work Instruction Program to uphold job site safety
•Decipher prints, schematics, and drawings to troubleshoot equipment effectively
•Capably handle tasks independently
•Master welding techniques for assorted steel angles and thicknesses using oxygen/acetylene torches
•Pursue opportunities to cross-train in equipment operation like loaders and cranes
•Execute minor repairs through work layout and fabrication
•Apply millwright skills for tasks such as motor alignments
•Use hand tools confidently
•Exhibit skill in rigging, cranes, and hoists
Desired Qualifications
•Certified welder with a minimum of 3-5 years in the field
•Possess effective verbal and written communication
•Basic proficiency in mathematics
•Ability to withstand lengthy periods of tool usage
•Prepared to work flexible shifts, including weekends
•Available for overtime work as needed
You have a strong foundation in:
•Repair of heavy machinery
•Mechanical troubleshooting prowess
•Industrial automation troubleshooting
•Safety inspections of machinery
•Manufacturing environment experience
