Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing industrial operations, ensuring efficiency, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Production Process Optimization:
•Analyze production processes to identify bottlenecks and propose improvement solutions.
•Assist in developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance production efficiency.
Quality Control:
•Assist the quality inspection department in testing steel pipe products and recording data.
•Participate in analyzing quality issues and suggest improvement measures.
Equipment Maintenance and Management:
•Learn and assist in the maintenance and upkeep of production equipment.
•Monitor equipment operation to ensure the smooth running of the production line.
Production Data Analysis:
•Collect and analyze production data, such as production efficiency, material consumption, and failure rates.
•Prepare reports and provide decision-making support to management.
Project Management:
•Participate in small-scale production improvement projects, following through from planning to implementation.
•Assist in developing and tracking project schedules to ensure tasks are completed on time.
Safety and Environmental Protection:
•Learn and implement factory safety and environmental standards.
•Assist in conducting safety inspections and promote the implementation of safety improvement measures.
Cross-Department Collaboration:
•Communicate and coordinate with various departments, including production, quality, engineering, and maintenance, to ensure the achievement of production goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- Experience in a manufacturing facility setting
- Strong knowledge of robotics and automation technologies
- Ability to conduct root cause analysis and implement solutions
- Familiarity with CNC operations and tooling design
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Prior experience in continuous improvement initiatives would be a plus
-Comfortable working in a manufacturing facility setting with exposure to noise, varying temperatures, and dust.
-Optional Practical Training (OPT) for F-1 students is welcome
-OPT is available for eligible employees; however, it is currently not available to employees sponsored under an H-1B visa.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
