Position: Industrial Custodian

This person is responsible for keeping the plant, inside and outside, free of sand, debris, and garbage. The position is onsite, at the below address:

Location: 700 Tub Mill Run Road, West Salisbury, PA 15565

Hours: Monday – Friday, flexible hours

Benefits: Not eligible for benefits as a part-time employee

Compensation: Dependent upon experience and qualifications – starting at $15.00/hr

Specific Job Functions

· Operating the bobcat road sweeper to keep the alleyways, roads, and parking lots free of sand and debris.

· Emptying garbage from the foundry and depositing it into the outside dumpsters.

· Organizing and cleaning up skids and crates.

· Cleaning up sand both outside and within the foundry.

· Cleaning and organizing the storage warehouse.

· Provide landscape management and control around the plant in the summer.

· Plowing the parking lots and alleyways in the winter.

· Shoveling and salting as needed in front of the foundry and office doors in the winter.

· Keeping your work area clean and free of excess materials.

· Performing any other duties or tasks as assigned or required.

Qualifications

· High school diploma or equivalent

· Proper training/certification of mobile equipment such as forklifts and overhead cranes

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
