Title: I&E Technician (Instrumentation & Electrical) Location: Wickett, TX

Responsibilities:

We are seeking a skilled and safety-focused I&E Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing instrumentation and electrical systems in a plant, field, industrial facility.

- Install, inspect, troubleshoot, and maintain instrumentation and control systems to ensure optimal operation

- Perform precise calibration and configuration of instruments such as pressure transmitters, temperature sensors, flow meters, and control valves to maintain measurement accuracy and system reliability

- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electrical faults in instruments, motors, control panels, and associated wiring systems

- Perform and document tasks related to maintenance, calibration, installation, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic instrumentation and systems

- The technician will play a key role in maintaining smooth line operations and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

- Provide support during shutdowns, turnarounds, and project installations.

- Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent degree required

- Strong electrical & mechanical troubleshooting skills required

- Working knowledge of PLC, HMI and automated equipment & standard instrumentation types required

- Ability to work independently, as well as with cross-functional teams of electrical technicians, mechanics, welders, operations personnel, engineers, and safety professionals required

- Ability to read and interpret P&IDs, electrical schematics and one-line diagrams preferred

- Oil & gas industry experience is preferred

Work Environment - Conditions vary and include:

Travel as needed.

Pay - May vary depending on experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $350.00 - $500.00 per day
