Ideal Air Conditioning and Insulation is currently seeking an HVAC Service Technician to join our team!

We are a high-quality Insulation and full-service home energy efficiency and HVAC contractor serving the greater Phoenix, Arizona, metro region. We are a growing company that promotes an atmosphere that encourages the entrepreneurial spirit and seeks people who want to share in our success!

Be part of our highly trained Residential HVAC Service team! We are looking for someone with residential and/or light commercial experience who is dependable, people oriented, and able to work independently. We pay 100% for your NATEMitsubishi Certifications.

Job Title: HVAC Service Technician - Residential

Work Hours: Monday through Friday

Pay Range: $70,000 - $150,000 per year. Uncapped earning potential

Pay Type: Hourly + CommissionSpiffs
