HVAC Residential Technician

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Residential Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in HVAC, and refrigeration systems (a plus). This position offers the opportunity to work on a variety of equipment and systems in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

- Troubleshoot and repair malfunctions in equipment using schematics and diagnostic tools

- Conduct regular inspections to ensure systems are operating efficiently

- Respond promptly to service calls and address customer concerns in a professional manner

- Document all service activities accurately and maintain detailed records

- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times

Skills:

- Experience in HVAC, refrigeration,

- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters

- Knowledge of ammonia refrigeration systems is a plus

- Ability to read and interpret schematics for troubleshooting purposes

- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering quality service

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Field service experience preferred
